Fire Cooking
We have an asado BBQ, giving us the ability to slowly cook whole lamb, smoke belly of pork, char seasonal, local vegetables and sear dry aged steaks for you and your guests. A spectacle in itself, the all day process of cooking an entire Salt Marsh lamb over the fire goes beyond just the smoky deliciousness that you’re creating. The joy of getting back to basics and cooking with fire is really important to us, and not only does it create delicious food, it adds to the theatre and drama of the day. It gives us a freedom to cook off grid, surrounded by nature or at your home or venue.
