Lavinia has run a hot food stand at festivals as Thoroughly Wild Meat since 2013, frequenting some of the UK’s biggest food and music festivals. We specialise in slow cooked lamb tagine or porchetta served with bright, delicious and healthy salads, alongside artisan salt marsh lamb & dry aged beef burgers, served with homemade sauces and locally sourced extras.
In 2015, we were voted Best Food Trader at WOMAD, while we’ve been trading in Williams Green at Glastonbury since 2016. Other music festivals we’ve traded at include Wilderness, End of the Road, Camp Bestival as part of Feast Collective and Mighty Hoopla.
We also attend smaller local food festivals, such as Christchurch Food Festival, Oak Fair, Sturminster Newton Cheese Festival, Westcombe Beer & Cheese Festival and the Bath and West Show.
